CHANGE STYLE INDICATOR WORKSHOP
The Change Style Indicator (CSI) is a leadership assessment tool designed to measure an individual’s preferred style in approaching and addressing change.
As a Certified Practitioner, Kevin's CSI workshop includes administering the assessment as well as providing individualized reports to each member of your leadership team.
During the workshop, he'll provide insights on each of the personal change style types and help your teams explore how those around them might perceive and respond to their preferred style.
Change Management—a focus on the structures, systems and processes of change—is important and understood.
Change Leadership—a focus on the beliefs, mindsets and behaviors that help an organization's employees adapt to change—is also important, but often overlooked.
