Where Leadership, Culture, and Experience Meet

Collage featuring New York City skyline views near One World Trade Center, a leadership discussion inside an office, and scenes from the IEX Liquidity Lounge event in Florida, illustrating the connection between leadership, culture, customer experience, and brand engagement.

This week reminded me why I love the work we do at Experience Willow.

Four flights in four days. New York to West Palm Beach and back again. One client. Two very different kinds of experiences. One shared purpose.

For the past 8 years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with IEX Group, one of the few organizations where we get to work across both the employee and customer experience spaces.

In their New York headquarters, we partnered with their Chief People Officer to help technology leaders strengthen how they operate, make decisions, and lead together as they prepare for the launch of IEX Options this fall.

A few days later in Florida, we partnered with their Chief Marketing & Communications Officer to help bring that same story to life externally at the Options Industry Conference at PGA National Resort.

Inside the organization. Outside the organization. Culture and brand. Leadership and experience. Employee moments and customer moments. To us, they’re all connected.

Because the way leaders work together behind the scenes eventually becomes the experience customers feel in the world.

Weeks like this make me incredibly grateful for partners like Andrea Ledford and Marija Zivanovic-Smith who trust us to help them design and deliver both.

And they remind me why our purpose matters so much: To ignite a contagious curiosity that powers betterness.
